Printing your photo on canvas is a very exciting way to display your favorite photo. We have several options available from printing the canvas and sendng it to you rolled to printing and stretching for placing in a frame or to hang as a gallery wrapped piece.
We also offer a unique “mirrored edge” for our gallery wraps fre of charge. The mirrored edge allows you to send us an image and expect to see the entire image on the face of the canvas. Other canvas printing companies simply enlarge your photo large enough to wrap around the stretcher bars thereby losing some of the picture around to the side of the piece. So if you have carefully cropped your photo and do not want to lose any of the image, our gallery wrap is just right for you.

Gallery Wrap Feature – "Mirrored Edges"
0 Comments | Posted by bcp in gallery wrap, mirrored edge, stretcher bars
One of the unique features of our gallery wraps is that we copy the outer edge of your photo and then “mirror” it. The end result is that the photo wraps around the stretcher frame, but you don’t lose any of the original picture around to the side of the stretcher frame. You see the entire original photo on the face of the canvas.
Most of our competitors do not offer this step because it requires custom work. Or if they do, they charge you extra for it. Not us.
Mirroring is especially nice when you have carefully composed and cropped an image just the way you like it. If we didn’t mirror the edges it could present a problem — especially if you have information towards the outer edges of your photo that you don’t want to lose.
The other benefit of our gallery wraps is that we do not charge anything extra for this service. It comes standard with every gallery wrap that we do.
Of course, if for some reason you do not want this effect, we can also offer a solid color instead. Your choice.
